SignNow Smart Templates shows a blank screen

If SignNow templates aren’t populating in the iframe, reset your browser settings. If that doesn’t help, in a new tab go to your SignNow account and check if your PDF template is in Templates folder. If it's not there, go to Documents. Find the document you'd like to turn into template or upload it again, then click More and Make Template. Now your template should appear in Templates folder. Come back to NetSuite and click SignNow Smart Templates in any record. The template you created should appear on the list.
