Quickstart Guide

To start using the SignNow bundle, go through these five simple steps:

  1. Insert the Token ID and Secret in the NetSuite Access Token settings
    This configures a path for the signed documents returning to NetSuite

  2. Select the Attachment folder
    This designates a folder in your NetSuite account where you want all signed documents to be saved.

  3. Configure Sign in Person
    In Sign in Person mode, users provide access to one document only and lock access to all other files on their device. So, configuring Sign in Person allows you to arrange the signing process beforehand, saving time and keeping your data protected.

  4. Configure Workflow - Send for Signature
    This allows SignNow to automatically generate a sales order in PDF the moment you create a new Sales order record in NetSuite. SignNow also sends the generated document for signature, so that your customer could approve the list of items ordered.

  5. Deploy SignNow buttons to specific records
    Organize how to leverage your account according to the most frequently used tools and records.
