Attachments are stopped uploading back to NetSuite after signing

Dear (To Whom It Concern)

The Sign Now bundle in NetSuite stops attaching the attachments after the signature completion. I have checked the RestLet script logs and I found that the logs are not appearing after the signature completion. I am curious what the reason could be and I guess that the sign now webhook isn't posting back the attachment to NetSuite.

Kindly need your help in identifying the resolution steps of this issue.
